Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a dental hygienist. It has been a long 4 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
