Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. It has been a long 17 weeks. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $600 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
