Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 6 weeks in

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a software tester. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
