Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 6 months and counting

We are a household of 11 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $450 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
