Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

We are a household of 8 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $600 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
