Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 4 weeks in

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
