Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
