Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 3 months and counting

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
