Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 20 weeks in

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. It has been a long 20 weeks. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $950 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
