Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

We are a household of 13 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
