Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 13 months and counting

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a recruiter. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $900 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
