My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
