Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 11 months and counting

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a quality inspector. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $650 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
