Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 11 months and counting

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a retail manager. I worked as a retail manager before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
