Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 10 months and counting

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a recruiter. Thank you in advance. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
