Benefits end date after a layoff (update)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a procurement assistant. It has been a long 13 weeks. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
