Benefits end date after a layoff (Toledo)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a teaching assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be surprised by a bill.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
