Benefits end date after a layoff, retail manager here

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a retail manager. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
