Benefits end date after a layoff, recruiter here

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
