Benefits end date after a layoff (Pittsburgh)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a barista. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
