Benefits end date after a layoff, mechanic here

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a mechanic. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
