Benefits end date after a layoff, graphic designer here

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
