Benefits end date after a layoff - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. What should I do about appointments?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
