Benefits end date after a layoff, electrician's helper here

I was told my coverage ends on my last day, but the letter says the end of the month. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
