Benefits end date after a layoff, barista here

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a barista. I worked as a barista before this. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
