Benefits end date after a layoff after 8 years as a teaching assistant

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a teaching assistant. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
