Benefits end date after a layoff after 5 years as a call-centre agent

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a call-centre agent. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
