Benefits end date after a layoff after 18 years as a school bus driver

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a school bus driver. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
