Benefits end date after a layoff after 17 years as an accounts payable clerk

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
