Benefits end date after a layoff after 14 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a hotel front-desk agent. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
