Benefits end date after a layoff after 12 years as a school bus driver

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a school bus driver. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The letter is unclear about dental and vision.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
