Benefits end date after a layoff

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a barista. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
