Benefits end date after a layoff - 8 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an operations analyst. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
