Benefits end date after a layoff - 7 weeks in

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
