Benefits end date after a layoff

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a project coordinator. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
