Benefits end date after a layoff - 4 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an HR coordinator. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
