Benefits end date after a layoff - 4 months and counting

I was told my coverage ends on my last day, but the letter says the end of the month. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
