Benefits end date after a layoff - 24 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an event coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Ask HR to confirm the exact date in writing. I also called the insurance company to double-check.
