Benefits end date after a layoff - 12 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a forklift operator. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
