Benefits end date after a layoff - 11 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a quality inspector. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
