Benefits end date after a layoff

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
