Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer (update)

The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
