Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer (update)

My unemployment benefits end in 24 weeks and I have not found work as an HR coordinator. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?
