My unemployment benefits end in 20 weeks and I have not found work as a security officer. I have savings for about a month. Where did you get help with bills?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
