Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer (update)

The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. Any experience at all would help. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
