The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
