Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer, line cook here

My unemployment benefits end in 20 weeks and I have not found work as a line cook. I worked as a line cook before this. I have savings for about a month.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.
