Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer - first time posting

My unemployment benefits end in 17 weeks and I have not found work as a retail manager. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
