Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer

I exhausted my benefits and have 16 interviews lined up. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
