Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer - any advice?

My unemployment benefits end in 22 weeks and I have not found work as a forklift operator. Any experience at all would help. I have savings for about a month. Did you find short-term work?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Call 211 to hear about emergency help with rent or utilities in your area. The list was longer than I expected.
